Shipping + Return Policy

All orders ship out of Miami, FL via USPS Priority Mail. Orders are fulfilled within 48-72 hours from being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-Order items ship on the date listed; they don’t ship immediately. 

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you need to change your shipping address due to an error, please email us immediately so we can make the change prior to shipping. Once it’s shipped, no changes can be made to your order. Currently, we only offer shipping to USA destinations. $5 flat rate shipping. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments. 

We currently only ship to US destinations. International destinations coming soon! Please feel free to email us at fwecustomerservice@gmail.com if you need any additional help. 

Return Policy

All sales of our booty bands are final. Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges once shipped out. Please ensure you have reviewed all of the product details (See Booty Band Info Page Here) and that your order details are correct before completing your purchase. Master the Basic, Snack Recipes, and Beach Bum Plan are digital products. Once purchased, you will receive a link to your email with the PDFs and/or links to begin your programs. These are digital products, no physical product is shipped. All digital products are final sale.

Orders with products that are PRE-ORDER will ship on date provided on product descriptions. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Expect delivery within 3-5 business days.
