Shipping policy

All orders ship out of Miami, FL via USPS Priority Mail. Orders are fulfilled within 48-72 hours from being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-Order items ship on the date listed, they don’t ship immediately. 

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you need to change your shipping address due to an error, please email us immediately so we can make the change prior to shipping. Once it’s shipped, no changes can be made to your order. Shipping within the continental US is a flat rate of $8.  We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments.
